Delete your account and data
You can ask us to delete your Zebrano Club account and all personal data linked to it at any time. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.
How to request deletion
Email us from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. Include your member code if you have it so we can find your membership quickly.

What gets deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number and date of birth
- Your membership profile, member code and tier
- Your points balance, points history and reward claims
- Your notification and marketing preferences
Any unused points and unclaimed rewards are removed with the account and cannot be restored afterwards.
What we may keep
We keep anonymised, non-identifying transaction records where we are legally required to do so for accounting and tax purposes. These records cannot be used to identify you.
